This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and The Reelmap LLC ("Developer", "we", "us", "our") for the Reelmap Studio mobile application ("Licensed Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
You and the Developer acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. This EULA may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the date you agreed to this EULA.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Reelmap Studio is a video creation tool that helps real estate agents produce property tour, guide, and lifestyle videos for social media. The app uses AI to generate scripts, captions, and content suggestions, and to analyze listing photos you select for the Photos→Tour feature — for example, to detect the room shown in each photo and arrange them into a logical tour order. Some videos and photos are uploaded to our cloud rendering service to produce your finished exports; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Scripts, captions, and content suggestions generated by Reelmap Studio are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all content before publishing. AI-generated scripts are provided as starting points and should be personalized to your voice and style.
When you build a Photos→Tour, the app uses AI to identify the room shown in each photo you select and to suggest the order of your tour. This detection and ordering is automated and may be inaccurate; you can re-label or reorder any photo before exporting, and you are responsible for reviewing the final result. Photos and text you submit for these features are processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reelmap Studio's AI scripts are designed to comply with the Fair Housing Act. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all content you publish complies with applicable fair housing laws and regulations. Do not modify scripts to include references to protected classes.
Reelmap Studio is free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or usage fees.
The app is supported by sponsored placements. From time to time the app may display content from businesses — such as mortgage lenders, title companies, home warranty providers, and insurance providers — that pay the Developer for advertising visibility within the app. These placements are labeled as sponsored. Sponsors are business partners of the Developer, not of you; a sponsored placement is not an endorsement or recommendation by you or by the Developer, and sponsors do not pay for, and are not compensated for, referrals of settlement service business. You are free to work with any service provider of your choosing, and you are responsible for independently evaluating any provider before engaging their services. The Developer does not provide lending, title, insurance, or other settlement services and is not responsible for the products or services offered by sponsors.
You retain full ownership of all videos you record and photos you upload using Reelmap Studio. You represent that you have all rights necessary to use any photos you upload. AI-generated scripts are licensed to you for use in your real estate marketing. You may use, modify, and publish generated scripts freely.
You agree not to use Reelmap Studio to:
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
The Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, that the app will be available at all times, or that scripts will achieve specific marketing results. The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.
You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelmap Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. For example, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement or any other applicable service agreements when using the Licensed Application.
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
